I created The Digital Wellness Journal and DWJ Life by Design™ because I was searching for balance too.
As a social worker and creative, I know what it feels like to hold space for everyone else while quietly carrying your own exhaustion. This work is my way of blending digital tools, soulful reflection, and intentional journaling to help women like us pause, reset, and design a life that feels balanced, grounded, and true to who we are—without losing ourselves in the process.
